The ESP32-C3FN4 from Espressif Systems is a highly integrated, ultra-low-power System on Chip (SoC) designed for IoT applications. It features a 32-bit RISC-V single-core processor capable of operating at up to 160 MHz.
Connectivity is provided by 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11b/g/n compliant) and Bluetooth 5 (LE). The device includes 4MB of flash memory, 400kB of SRAM, and 384kB of ROM. It supports a wide range of serial interfaces including GPIO, I²C, I²S, SPI, JTAG, UART, and USB.
