The ESH2PD-M3/85A is an ultrafast rectifier diode designed for high-frequency switching applications. It has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 2A. The forward voltage is typically 0.75V at 2A, and the reverse recovery time is 25ns, making it suitable for high-efficiency power conversion.
This diode is part of Vishay's eSMP series and features a glass passivated pellet chip junction for reliability. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. The device is ideal for secondary rectification and freewheeling in AC/DC and DC/DC converters.
The diode is packaged in a DO-220AA (SMP) surface-mount package with a low profile of 1.0mm typical height. It is RoHS-compliant and halogen-free with the M3 suffix. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
