The ESDZV5-1BF4 is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for general purpose ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V and a clamping voltage of 10V at 7A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform).
