The ESDR0524SMUTAG is a TVS diode from On Semiconductor designed for ESD protection on high-speed data lines. It features a reverse working voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 15V at 1A peak pulse current (8/20µs). The device offers ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.3pF typical between I/O pins, making it suitable for high-speed differential signals such as HDMI. It provides ESD protection up to ±12kV contact and ±15kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, and exceeds 8kV HBM and 400V Machine Model.
