The ESDR0524PMUTAG is a low-capacitance ESD protection diode from On Semiconductor. It is designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) with ultra-low capacitance and low clamping voltage. The device features four unidirectional channels and provides ESD protection up to ±12 kV contact and ±15 kV air per IEC 61000-4-2.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse working voltage of 5 V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 5.5 V at 1 mA, and a maximum clamping voltage of 15 V at 1 A (8x20 µs pulse). The junction capacitance is 0.3 pF typical between I/O pins and 0.5 pF typical between I/O pins and GND, making it suitable for high-speed interfaces.
