The ESDR0502NMUTBG is an ultra low capacitance ESD protection diode array from ON Semiconductor, designed to protect high speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. It is a steering (rail to rail) TVS diode array with three unidirectional channels, suitable for protecting differential signal pairs like Ethernet and USB 2.0.
