The ESDM3551 is a 5.5 V ESD protection diode designed to protect voltage sensitive components that require low capacitance from ESD and transient voltage events. It offers excellent clamping capability, low leakage, and fast response time. The device is housed in a micro‑packaged 0201 (0.62 mm x 0.32 mm) X3DFN package with a low body height of 0.3 mm, making it ideal for designs where board space is at a premium.
Key specifications include a reverse working voltage of 5.5 V, a maximum clamping voltage of 8.2 V at 8 A peak pulse current, and a low capacitance of 21 pF at 1 MHz.
