The ESDM3031MXT5G is a bi-directional Zener TVS diode designed for ESD and transient voltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a breakdown voltage range of 4.4V to 6.2V at 1mA. Clamping voltage is typically 6.3V at 5A and 8.0V at 10A, with a maximum peak pulse current of 11A (8/20µs waveform). The device provides excellent ESD protection with ±30kV contact and air discharge ratings per IEC61000-4-2 Level 4.
With an ultra-small 0201 (0603 Metric) X3DFN2 package measuring just 0.62mm x 0.32mm and 0.3mm height, this diode is ideal for space-constrained designs. It offers low leakage current of 0.1µA typical and low junction capacitance of 20pF maximum, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines. The device is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free/BFR Free.
