The ESDM2032MX4T5G is a bidirectional ESD protection diode designed by On Semiconductor to safeguard voltage-sensitive components from electrostatic discharge and transient voltage events. It features a reverse working voltage of 3.3V and a breakdown voltage range of 3.7V to 6.7V. The device provides excellent clamping capability with a typical clamping voltage of 5.2V at 16A TLP and a maximum clamping voltage of 8.2V at 15.5A 8/20µs pulse.
This diode offers robust ESD protection meeting IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 standards with ±30kV contact and air discharge ratings. It has a low junction capacitance of 18pF typical and a dynamic resistance of 0.05Ω, making it suitable for high-speed data lines. The device is housed in a miniature X4DFN2 (0201) package measuring 0.60mm x 0.30mm with a low profile of 0.20mm, ideal for space-constrained designs.
The ESDM2032MX4T5G is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 10,000 pieces per reel. Typical applications include SD card protection, audio lines, and GPIO interfaces.
