The ESDL3552BPFCT5G is an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection diode designed by On Semiconductor. It protects voltage-sensitive components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage events, with a typical capacitance of 0.30 pF at 1 MHz.
Key electrical characteristics include a working peak reverse voltage of 5 V, breakdown voltage of 21.5 V, and peak pulse current of 2 A (8/20 µs per IEC 61000-4-5).
