The ESDL2011PFCT5G is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from onsemi, designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient voltage events. It has a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 1V and a clamping voltage of 6V, while handling peak pulse currents up to 8A. The ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.17pF at 1MHz ensures minimal signal degradation, making it ideal for USB 3.0 and other high-frequency interfaces.
