The ESDCAN04-2BWY is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed to protect automotive CAN bus lines from electrostatic discharge and transient voltage events.
This dual-channel device provides a reverse standoff voltage of 25.5V and clamps transients to 43V, with a peak pulse current rating of 3.7A (8/20µs waveform) and peak pulse power dissipation of 170W. The Zener clamping technology ensures fast and reliable overvoltage protection.
