The ESDAXLC4-1BF3 is a Zener-type TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for general purpose ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 10V at 1A peak pulse current (8/20µs). The device can handle peak pulse power of 55W.
