The ESDALC8-1BF4 is a bidirectional TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for general-purpose ESD protection. It features a typical reverse standoff voltage of 6V and a typical clamping voltage of 16V, with a peak pulse current rating of 8.6A (8/20µs waveform).
