The ESDALC6V1P6 from STMicroelectronics is a monolithic quad low capacitance Transil array designed for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection on up to four lines. It is housed in a compact SOT-666IP surface mount package, ideal for space-constrained PCB designs.
