The ESDALC12-1T2 is a unidirectional TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode designed for general purpose ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 10V and a maximum clamping voltage of 20V at a peak pulse current of 1A (8/20µs). The device can handle 50W of peak pulse power, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients.
This diode offers a typical capacitance of 15pF at 1MHz, which helps maintain signal integrity in high-speed data lines. It is not intended for power line protection, as indicated by the absence of power line protection capability.
The ESDALC12-1T2 is housed in a compact SOD-882 surface mount package, enabling space-efficient designs. It operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, ensuring reliable performance in various environmental conditions.
The reverse standoff voltage is 10V.
The maximum clamping voltage is 20V at a peak pulse current of 1A (8/20µs).
The peak pulse current is 1A (8/20µs).
It comes in a SOD-882 surface mount package.
