The ESDA8V2-1J is a Zener-type transient voltage suppression diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It provides a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 20V, capable of handling 25A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform) with a peak pulse power rating of 500W.
