The ESDA8P80-1U1M is a unidirectional TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for transient voltage suppression in general purpose applications. It offers 6.3V reverse standoff voltage (V_RWM) and 13.2V clamping voltage (V_CL).
With a peak pulse current (I_PP) rating of 80A (8/20µs waveform) and peak pulse power (P_PP) of 1100W, this device provides robust protection against voltage transients. The junction operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
The diode is housed in a 2-UDFN surface-mount package with supplier device package 1610. It does not include power line protection and is suited for low-voltage electronic circuit protection. RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected per existing data (unverified).
