The ESDA6V1SC5 is a 4-channel unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode from STMicroelectronics, designed for general purpose ESD protection in electronic circuits. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.25V and a peak pulse power rating of 400W, providing robust protection against voltage transients.
Each channel is unidirectional, making it suitable for protecting signal lines where polarity is known. The device is housed in a compact SOT-23-5 surface mount package (SC-74A, SOT-753), allowing for space-efficient PCB layouts. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C, suitable for a wide range of environments.
