The ESDA5V3SC6 is a 3V, 500W Zener TVS diode designed by STMicroelectronics for general purpose circuit protection. It provides transient voltage suppression with a reverse standoff voltage of 3V and a peak pulse power rating of 500W. The device features four unidirectional channels, allowing multiple lines to be protected in a single component.
This TVS diode is surface mountable in a compact SOT-23-6 package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, ensuring reliability in various environments.
