The ESDA5V3LY is a dual-channel Zener TVS diode designed for automotive applications. It features a maximum clamping voltage of 19V and can handle peak pulse currents up to 25A (8/20µs) with a peak pulse power rating of 300W. The device is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59).
