The ESDA37W is a dual unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It provides ESD protection for sensitive electronics with a reverse standoff voltage of 36V and a peak pulse power rating of 300W (8/20µs waveform).
The device features a peak pulse current of 6.3A under the 8/20µs condition. It offers two unidirectional channels without power line protection, making it suitable for signal line applications. The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
The ESDA37W is offered in a surface-mount SC-70 / SOT-323 package, specifically the SOT-323-3 supplier device package. It is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited floor life).
Designed for general purpose use, this TVS diode is ideal for protecting voltage-sensitive components in consumer, industrial, and telecom systems.
