The ESDA37L is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 36V and delivers 300W peak pulse power (8/20µs) with a peak pulse current of 6.3A. The device contains two independent unidirectional channels, making it suitable for protecting multiple lines.
The diode operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and is not intended for power line protection. It is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package (also available as TO-236-3 or SC-59). The ESDA37L is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL of Level 1 (unlimited).
