The ESDA17-5SC6 is a monolithic Transil array designed by STMicroelectronics to protect up to five lines against electrostatic discharge (ESD) transients. It integrates five unidirectional Transil functions in a single SOT23-6 package, making it ideal for high-density board designs where space is at a premium.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum stand-off voltage of 14 V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 17 V (at 1 mA), and a typical clamping voltage of 33 V at 15 A.
