The ESDA14V2LY is a Zener-type TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for automotive applications. It provides transient voltage suppression with a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a maximum clamping voltage of 21V at 14A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform).
