The STMicroelectronics ESDA12-1K is a single-channel Zener-type TVS diode designed for transient voltage suppression in general purpose applications. It offers a maximum clamping voltage of 28V and can handle peak pulse currents up to 16A (8/20 µs waveform) with a peak pulse power rating of 450W.
