The ESD9R3.3ST5G is a unidirectional TVS diode from On Semiconductor designed for ESD protection in ultra-low current applications. It provides a working peak reverse voltage of 3.3V and a clamping voltage of 7.8V. The device features ultra-low leakage current of less than 1nA, making it suitable for human body sensors and other power-sensitive circuits.
With a typical capacitance of 0.5pF at 1MHz, the ESD9R3.3ST5G is ideal for high-speed data lines. It offers ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2: ±10kV contact, ±15kV air, and ±16kV HBM. The response time is less than 1.0ns, ensuring rapid clamping during ESD events.
The device is packaged in a small SOD-923 surface-mount package with body dimensions of 1.00mm x 0.60mm and height of 0.4mm. Maximum power dissipation is 150mW on FR-5 board at 25°C. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The device is Pb-free and Halogen-free, meeting MSL 1 requirements.
