The ESD9L5.0ST5G is an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection diode from On Semiconductor (onsemi). It is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage events. With a standoff voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 9.8V, it provides reliable protection for voltage-sensitive circuits.
Key electrical characteristics: The device offers ultra-low capacitance of 0.5 pF typical at 1 MHz, making it ideal for high-speed data lines such as USB 2.0 and antenna connections.
