The ESD8704MUTAG from onsemi is a low capacitance ESD protection diode array designed to protect high speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. With a reverse working voltage of 3.3V and a breakdown voltage range of 5.0V to 6.0V, this device provides robust protection for voltage sensitive circuits.
The device features ultra-low capacitance of 0.5pF maximum (I/O to GND), making it ideal for high speed differential lines such as USB 3.0/3.1, eSATA, and DisplayPort. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD requirements with ±30kV contact and air discharge ratings.
The ESD8704MUTAG is available in a 10-UFDFN package (10-UDFN 2.5x1) with surface mount mounting. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
