The ESD8551N2T5G is a low capacitance ESD protection diode manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. The device features a typical capacitance of only 0.2 pF (max 0.3 pF) and a low clamping voltage of 16 V, making it suitable for voltage-sensitive high-speed interfaces. It provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4) with ±20 kV contact and air discharge, as well as ISO 10605 standards. The device is a single bidirectional channel Zener TVS diode with a working peak voltage of 3.3 V. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and stores from -55°C to +150°C.
