The ESD8472MUT5G is a bidirectional TVS diode from ON Semiconductor, designed for protecting RF antenna ports from electrostatic discharge (ESD). With an ultra-low capacitance of 0.2pF at 1MHz, it minimizes signal degradation in high-frequency RF paths while providing robust transient suppression.
This device features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.3V and a clamping voltage of 14V, handling peak pulse currents up to 3A (8/20µs waveform). It is a single-channel bidirectional protector, making it suitable for symmetric signal lines. The operating junction temperature range spans from -55°C to 150°C, ensuring reliability in diverse environments.
