The ESD8351P2T5G is a low capacitance ESD protection diode designed to protect high speed data lines from ESD. It offers ultra-low capacitance (0.55 pF max, I/O to GND) and low ESD clamping voltage. Key electrical characteristics: reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V, breakdown voltage range 5.5V to 7.8V, clamping voltage of 11.2V at 5A peak pulse current (8/20 µs), and reverse leakage current of 500 nA max. It provides ESD protection up to ±15 kV contact and air per IEC 61000-4-2, and ±30 kV per ISO 10605. The device is unidirectional with one channel, Zener type, and is not intended for power line protection. Typical applications include USB 2.0 and eSATA interfaces. The component is housed in a SOD-923 surface mount package with SMD terminations. It is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free/BFR Free. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
