The ESD8351MUT5G from onsemi is a low capacitance ESD protection diode designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a clamping voltage of 11.2V at 5A peak pulse current (8/20µs). The ultra-low capacitance of 0.37pF typical (0.55pF max) makes it ideal for voltage-sensitive high-speed interfaces.
