The ESD8111PFCT5G is an ultra low capacitance ESD protection diode from onsemi's ESD81x1 series, designed to protect high speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. With a typical capacitance of only 0.2 pF, it is ideal for voltage sensitive high speed interfaces such as USB 3.0/3.1, MHL 2.0, and eSATA.
This bidirectional device offers robust ESD protection meeting IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 standards, with contact and air discharge ratings of ±30 kV.
