The ESD8104MUTAG is a low capacitance ESD protection diode array designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. It offers four unidirectional channels with a reverse working voltage of 3.3V and a typical clamping voltage of 11.4V. The device provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection of ±15 kV for both contact and air discharge.
With an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.3pF (0.37pF maximum) at 1 MHz, this diode array is ideal for preserving signal integrity on high-speed interfaces such as USB 3.0/3.1, HDMI 2.0, and DisplayPort. The flow-through style UDFN10 package (10-UFDFN, 2.5x1mm) enables easy PCB layout and matched trace lengths.
The device is surface mount, RoHS compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free/BFR Free. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel.
