The ESD7M5.0DT5G is an ESD protection diode from On Semiconductor designed to protect voltage sensitive components from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It features an ultra-low capacitance of 2.5 pF maximum (1.25 pF in bidirectional configuration) to preserve signal integrity in high-speed applications.
This device provides excellent clamping capability with a maximum clamping voltage of 10.4 V at 1 A peak pulse current (8/20 µs waveform). It meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection with ±10 kV contact discharge rating. Response time is typically less than 1 ns.
The ESD7M5.0DT5G is housed in a surface mount SOT-723 package, ideal for space-constrained designs. It can protect two unidirectional lines or one bidirectional line. The device is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-Free, and rated MSL 1.
