The ESD7481MUT5G is an ESD protection diode from On Semiconductor designed to protect voltage sensitive components from electrostatic discharge and transient voltage events. It features a reverse working voltage of 3.3V and a typical clamping voltage of 12V at 3A peak pulse current (8/20µs).
