The ESD7371XV2T5G is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode from onsemi designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.3V and a clamping voltage of 20V at a peak pulse current of 3A. The device delivers 35W of peak pulse power and has an ultra-low capacitance of 0.43pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines.
This TVS diode provides ±20kV ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 (contact and air discharge) and has a maximum leakage current of less than 1 nA at the standoff voltage.
