The ESD7361P2T5G is a low-capacitance ESD protection diode from onsemi, specifically designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient events. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD requirements at ±15 kV contact and air, IEC 61000-4-4 EFT at 40 A, and IEC 61000-4-5 lightning at 1 A.
Key electrical characteristics include a reverse standoff voltage of 5 V, a breakdown voltage of 16.5 V at 1 mA, and a clamping voltage of 34 V typical at 16 A peak pulse current. The device features ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.55 pF maximum, ensuring minimal signal degradation on high-speed lines.
