The ESD7351XV2T1G is a unidirectional ESD protection diode from onsemi, part of the ESD7351 series. It is designed to protect voltage-sensitive components requiring ultra-low capacitance from ESD and transient voltage events. The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 5.0V at 1 mA. It offers excellent clamping capability with a maximum clamping voltage of 8.0V at 1A and 10.0V at 3A. The reverse leakage current is a maximum of 50 nA at 3.3V. The diode provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection of ±20 kV for both contact and air discharge. Its ultra-low capacitance of 0.43 pF at 1 MHz makes it ideal for high-frequency applications such as RF antenna lines and USB 2.0 high-speed data lines. The device is housed in a surface-mount SOD-523 package and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. It is Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
