The ESD7351HT1G is an ESD protection diode from onsemi designed to protect voltage-sensitive components in high-frequency applications. It features a 3.3V reverse standoff voltage, a minimum breakdown voltage of 5.0V at 1 mA, and ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.6 pF maximum (0.43 pF typical). The device provides excellent clamping capability with maximum clamping voltages of 8.0V at 1A and 10V at 3A, and a fast response time of less than 1 ns.
This diode offers robust ESD protection meeting IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 with ±20 kV contact and air discharge ratings. Its low dynamic resistance of 0.35 Ω ensures effective transient suppression. The part is housed in a surface-mount SOD-323 package (SC-76), making it suitable for compact designs where board space is limited.
Typical applications include RF signal ESD protection, antenna line protection, USB 2.0 high-speed interfaces, and near field communication circuits. The ESD7351HT1G is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
