The ESD7241N2T5G is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from On Semiconductor, specifically designed for ESD protection of voltage-sensitive components requiring ultra-low capacitance. It is ideal for RF antenna applications in wireless handsets and terminals. The device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 24V typical and a clamping voltage of 48V typical.
