The ESD7104MUTAG is a low capacitance ESD protection diode designed to protect high speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. It provides four bidirectional channels with a Zener TVS diode structure. The device offers a reverse working voltage of 5V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 5.5V at 1mA.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical clamping voltage of 10V at 1A (8/20µs pulse) and 14.1V at ±8A. The ultra-low capacitance of 0.2pF typical (0.3pF maximum) between I/O pins makes it suitable for high-speed differential data lines.
