This TVS diode (Zener type) is designed for sensitive ESD protection. It features a reverse working voltage of 5V and a breakdown voltage range of 5.8V to 8.8V at 1mA. The clamping voltage is 9.5V at 5A and 13V at 12A peak pulse current (8/20μs). Peak pulse power is 150W.
ESD withstand voltage is ±30kV for both air and contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, and ±16kV per JESD22-A114-B (Human Body Model). Response time is less than 1ns. Junction capacitance is typically 27pF at 0V and 1MHz.
The device is housed in a SOD-523 (SC-79) surface mount package. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen free. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 (unlimited). Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C.
