The ESD401DPYR is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from Texas Instruments designed for general purpose ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V typical and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6.4V. The clamping voltage is 24V typical at a peak pulse current of 4.5A (8/20µs waveform), with a peak pulse power rating of 67W.
