The Kyocera AVX ESD31C103K4T2A-18 is an ESD-Safe series multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) designed for ESD protection in automotive and general applications. It offers a capacitance of 10000 pF with ±10% tolerance and a rated voltage of 100V. The X7R dielectric provides a capacitance variation of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This capacitor is AEC-Q200 qualified and features an ESD rating of 24kV per HBM (AEC Q200-002). It is suitable for use on I/O gates and other pins requiring ESD protection. The small 0603 (1608 metric) footprint makes it ideal for high-density electronic assemblies.
The component is surface mountable with 100% Sn termination. It is supplied on 7-inch reels. The part is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
