The ESD130B1W0201E6327XTSA1 is a bi-directional TVS diode from Infineon Technologies designed for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5 V and a typical clamping voltage of 18.5 V at 2.5 A (8/20 µs) or 20 V at 16 A (TLP). The device provides ESD protection up to ±18 kV for both air and contact discharge per IEC61000-4-2, as well as EFT protection up to ±2.5 kV and surge protection up to ±2.5 A.
With an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.3 pF at 1 MHz, this diode is suitable for high-speed data lines such as USB 3.x and HDMI. The very low leakage current of 1 nA minimizes power consumption. The device is qualified for industrial applications per JEDEC standards.
