The ESD122DMXR from Texas Instruments is a bidirectional TVS diode designed for ESD protection in high-speed data interfaces. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.6V and a typical clamping voltage of 8.4V, providing robust protection for sensitive circuits. With a peak pulse current rating of 2.5A (8/20µs) and 20W peak pulse power, it handles transient events effectively.
