The ESD108B1CSP0201XTSA1 is a bi-directional ESD protection device from Infineon Technologies designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge and other transient overvoltage events. It features a maximum working voltage of ±5.5V and an ultra-low line capacitance of 0.28pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-frequency signal integrity. The device provides robust ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with ±25kV air and contact discharge ratings, as well as EFT immunity per IEC 61000-4-4 up to ±2.5kV and surge capability per IEC 61000-4-5 up to ±2.5A (8/20µs). The clamping voltage is 20V at 16A TLP with a dynamic resistance of 0.78Ω. Typical leakage current is only 0.1nA. The device is housed in a compact 0201 (0603 metric) WLL-2-1 surface mount package measuring 0.58 x 0.28 x 0.15 mm³, ideal for space-constrained applications. It is qualified for industrial applications per JEDEC47/20/22 and is suitable for use in USB 3.x, USB 2.0, HDMI, and DisplayPort interfaces.
