The ES3D is a high-efficiency fast recovery rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. This diode from Taiwan Semiconductor is rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 3A. With a fast recovery time of 35ns, it is suitable for high-frequency switching power supplies and power conversion circuits. The standard technology ensures reliable performance in general-purpose rectification. The device is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) package, which offers a compact footprint for automated assembly.
